Six-Session Start-Up

This series of courses cover some of the practicalities of creating your own worship liturgy, managing the business office and communications, dealing with money (or the lack of it), will provide you with an overview of decision-making styles and conflict management skills, and will facilitate your unique vision of your church.

Flock of Shepherds® is a registered trademark. The objective of franchising is not to provide me, as some rent-seeking smarty-pants business person, with some recurring revenue. No, the idea is to create cohesiveness and sense of larger belonging WITHOUT breaking the bank or agreeing to a mountain of arcane rules.

And to prove to you how serious I am, franchising is a Pay What You Can affair. Really. You decide how much you’d like to contribute and if you’d like a portion of that to go to supporting other Flock of Shepherd® communities and efforts. That’s all there is to it.

Project Management, Consulting, & Coaching

Your peer-led congregation will have unique problems requiring unique solutions. I provide my business expertise ONLY to peer-led congregations, not to congregations that operate using the lay/clergy binary.

Services can include project management, financial analysis, research, social enterprise consulting, business organization and strategy, and more. No minimums required, inquiry sessions are always free.
